Visual effects producer Mark Breakspear takes us through the creation of ZombieLand at CIS Vancouver

'Zombieland' was a project CIS Vancouver started working on shortly after completing the visual effects work for 'Angels & Demons'.

Character modelor Jan-bark van Beek from Guerilla talks about his team's work on the Kill Zone 2 game for Play Station

As a big fan of cg-society.org I check their often, only today they published an interview they had with an extremely talented character modeler from Guerrilla known as Jan-Bart van Beek.

"As Art Director, Jan-Bart van Beek is responsible for the overall quality of art and animation at Guerrilla. Originally a photography student at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in The Hague, Jan-Bart soon turned to computer graphics software to enhance his work. After graduation, he applied his knowledge as a CG artist in the field of advertising. His ambition to create something more enduring eventually led him to join Guerrilla, where he quickly became the lead artist on the first Killzone title for PlayStation 2."
